C08 - Value-oriented production management

In order to support the transfer of the innovations developed in the SFB into practice, there is a need for both economic evaluation possibilities to assess the general advantageousness and a review of the logistical and ecological added value. With a value-oriented production management, this sub-project aims to create the prerequisite for aligning all production-relevant decisions with the maximisation of the company's value, without disregarding ecological and logistical effects.
