Several hybrid demonstrator components were presented to the visitors who also had the opportunity to contemplate demonstration components like bevel gears, bearing bushings and shafts and to ask questions about the latest research and technology. Many international contacts were made and a lot of interesting discussions concerning topics like future development potential and possible challenges took place.
In addition, the contents and results of the Collaborative Research Centre were presented to interested listeners at the Lightweight Plaza of the Hannover Messe with a lecture on the topic "Process chain for the production of hybrid components by tailored forming".
